The Gnam Gnam company is characterized by the production of piadina from Romagna
and all its products (cress, rolls, piada-pizza, etc.).
The strong point of the company is the high quality of its products given the choice of raw materials and the craftsmanship of the product, leaving much room for manual processing. The raw materials used (lard, oil, flour ..) are all natural and of Italian origin.
At the moment the company proposes two different types of dough: lard (classic version of piada romagnola) and olive oil (lighter and with a more delicate taste than the classic version).
All the doughs do not contain preservatives, thus guaranteeing a total genuineness of the product made in compliance with the local tradition. The final result is that of a medium-sized piadina tasty and well digestible that sees among its features the merit of maintaining an obvious softness even if it is left to cool ...
After several years of retail experience at the Savignano sul Rubicone laboratory, GRAM GNAM ROMAGNA has focused exclusively on the production and wholesale of pre-cooked piade and stuffed crescione. Since 2012, Gnam Gnam acquires the brand and its production of Piada di Casa nostra, increasing the range of its products.

This is the traditional version of the Romagna flatbread. As in the past, it is made from simple, wholesome ingredients: flour, lard, water, salt and baking soda. The result is a tasty, fragrant treat.
A lighter, more easily digestible version of the traditional recipe (only 4.99 grams of fat per 100 grams of product). The perfect choice for those who wish to cut down on calories without giving up the delicious taste of piadina.
